Ingredients
L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, acidity regulator – citric acid, flavourings, sweeteners: acesulfame K and sucralose, colourings: quinoline yellow (lemon, orange, pear flavour), yellow (grapefruit flavour, orange flavour), kiwi), cochineal red (grapefruit, cherries, black currant, blueberries, strawberries) flavour brilliant blue (blackcurrant flavour, blueberries, kiwi).
Recommended use
On training days 10 g before a workout and 10 g after the workout. On non-training days, use one serving of 10 g before a meal.
Dissolve 10 g (2 teaspoons) in 250 ml of water.
